Department of Psychology

The Department of Psychology is functional since the inception of the college (July 1979). It started offering undergraduate course for first and second year arts students. In 2006 it has added a Counseling center. Post graduate research program was added to the department since 2007. Major research projects were undertaken by the department since 2009. International research collaborative research has added its strength to the department since 2011. The department now also offers Ph.D. program.
